Our comprehensive corporate communications audit assesses all existing printed and electronic items such as websites, brochures, newsletters etc. for accessibility by a range of users.

Following our audit, we issue a report that includes the following:

•  An assessment of whether the material reaches recommended levels of accessibility

•  Suggestions for improving accessibility where appropriate

•  Estimates of costs for carrying out compliance work

Discussions then take place to determine what changes, if any, are considered to be appropriate and which of our service options are the most appropriate. Any work that requires to be carried out is then implemented by our experienced team of corporate communication specialists, web developers, graphic designers, audio specialists and copywriters.

Service Options

We offer a range of three service options to provide each business with the greatest flexibility and choice for updating and maintaining their company material: Standard, Just-in-time, and Monthly Plan service.

Standard

The Easy Access To... Standard service offers the choice of having either some or all of your corporate communications material made available in a choice of formats. It is best suited to businesses with material that has a shelf life of between 1-3 years e.g. brochures, websites, annual reports etc. and is ideal for those companies reviewing their material for the first time.

For material that requires frequent updates or for companies that introduce new material on a regular basis our Monthly Plan service provides a cost-effective method of producing a range of alternative formats.

Monthly Plan

The Easy Access To... Monthly Plan service is designed for companies that regularly update the content of their corporate communications material or have regular new additions. For example a company that issues newsletters, promotional fliers, recruitment adverts etc. on a regular basis will benefit from the flexibility of this service.

How does it work?

The Monthly Plan service allows companies to submit new items or request content updates on a regular basis for an inclusive, set monthly payment that enables the company to budget for on-going maintenance. We ensure that all new material is available in the appropriate formats to maintain the company's DDA compliance status.

If the anticipated requirement for your communications material to be available in alternative formats is low, our Just-in-time service could provide the answer.

Just-in-time service

The Easy Access To... Just-in-time service is a premium rate service for companies that require their corporate communications material to be made available on request in a choice of formats at short notice.

How does it work?

Following our initial audit, we make the necessary preparations to be able to produce your material in a range of formats. We then hold this information until such time as it is required. We offer a fast turnaround time to provide companies with the ability to respond rapidly to any requests for information.

It is particularly suitable for companies that do not wish to incur charges for producing material with a low probability of it being requested, or for companies that do not wish to store copies of alternatively formatted items.

The benefits of this service are that you are complying with the DDA by putting in place measures to produce material in a choice of formats, whilst minimising capital expenditure.
